Membership FAQ/Policies

All memberships are based on a 12-month contract. For use by one person. Cancellation is free of charge within 2 months of sign-up date. The monthly fee is debited on the same date each month from the member’s credit card/bank account. If you need to put your membership on hold for any reason just let us know! 

Q. Can I cancel my membership?

We would be sorry to see you go! However, we completely understand that circumstances can change. You can absolutely cancel your membership at any time with 30-days of notice.

Q. Can I pause/freeze my membership?

We want to make life easier for you, not more difficult. You can pause/freeze your membership at any time for just $10/month. We just ask for 30 days of notice. When you are ready to start up again, just give us a call.

Q. Can I transfer my membership?

Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered Member.
Additional policies:
–  Multiple eyelash fill appointments cannot be booked on the same day.
–  Bring a friend: They must be a brand new Voila Lash client. Max one free set per client.  
–  Appointments must be completed by the Membership Lash Tech only.
–  Any appointments booked with Non-Membership Lash Techs will be at regular rates. Please specify that you are booking under the Membership plan.
